I am a registered Clinical Nutritional Therapist with a special interest in the Functional Medicine approach to health. I use this approach to understand the underlying causes behind each individuals’ health challenges, then use evidence-informed strategies and protocols to effect real, lasting change.
I have experience with complex cases involving multiple diagnoses, auto-immunity and a variety of chronic illnesses including diabetes, heart disease, and anxiety and depression. I also understand first-hand the experience of ‘sub-clinical’ symptoms, such as tiredness, low energy, feeling down - and how to address the underlying imbalances before they manifest in disease, in order to restore health. This may be especially useful for those interested in optimising performance - informed by my experience as a dancer and previous career as a professional singer - but applies to anyone who wishes they had energy to do more of what they love.
I have a passion for empowering my clients to change the course of their health, supporting them to find practical and delicious ways to heal, improve their quality of life and feel great.
If you would like to discuss how we could work together, we can arrange a discovery phone call to discuss how I may help. We can agree goals, fees and terms. This will also allow you to get a sense of how I work and whether Nutritional Therapy is right for you.
